House to Home Moving has a specific dress code that is simple to achieve and necessary for making us positively stand out in the moving industry. House to Home Moving is not the typical moving company and the way we look should reflect confidence, cleanliness and professionalism. Below are the rules and regulations for proper dress attire. These rules need to be respected every day.
Allowed
- Work shirt (Clean and wrinkle free)
- Khaki jeans or Khaki Shorts (Clean, wrinkle free, without holes or tears) – Work Issued Uniforms Only
- Tennis Shoes, Sports Shoes, Work Boots (Asics, New Balance, Reebok, Etc.)
- ID Badge
- Undershirts that are not visible(exception is gray or black long sleeve thermals)
Not Allowed
- Sweat pants, running pants, exercise clothes, cut-offs
- Hats (Unless issued by H to H)
- Beanies, head covers (Unless issued by H to H)
- Facial piercings(With the exception of ears)
- Necklaces or hanging jewelry
- Cell phones(While on the clock, unless it’s an emergency or speaking to a manager )
Allowed before and after job starts but not while working on job around customer
- Jackets
- Sweaters
- Scarves
- Beanies
- Gloves
Good hygiene is extremely important for your personal lives as well as earning and keeping the respect of your fellow co-workers. As part of company policy please ensure cleanliness is part of everyday routine. Properly take care of your body every day to ensure
- Clean nails
- Groomed hair
- Lack of body odor
- Proper use of deodorant and cologne
Use proper judgment when getting ready for work. If these rules are not met, you will be sent home and written up.
